This position works a 12-hour rotating shift schedule .
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, plus 10% shift differential
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
This schedule provides built-in extended time off while still offering steady, full-time hours.
What You’ll DoAs a Machine Operator, you’ll help keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring production equipment
Loading materials and supporting machine operations
Performing quality checks and inspections
Using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
Assisting with machine setup and adjustments
Following safety, quality, and production standards
Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow.
Preferred qualifications include:
Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
Basic computer skills
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, micrometers, or calipers is a plus
This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to:
Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
Operate handheld production tools
Work rotating 8–12 hour shifts as required
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must be able to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
