Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained landscapes? We are seeking an experienced and reliable Garden Maintenance Technician to help care for annual flowers, perennials, flowering shrubs, ornamental, and shade trees across our commercial and residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who values quality work, attention to detail, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
•Perform spring and fall garden clean-ups
•Weed, deadhead, prune, and maintain planting beds
•Install and maintain seasonal containers and garden displays
•Monitor plant health and overall appearance
•Inspect for pests, diseases, and plant stress; communicate concerns to supervisors
•Safely use gardening tools, hoses, fertilizers, and equipment
•Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
Requirements:You’ll be a great fit if you have…
•Experience with plant care, gardening, or landscaping
•Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
•Safely operating equipment such as blowers, hedge trimmers, pole saws, and hand tools
•Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
•Experience driving trucks and trailers is a plus
•Strong time management and organizational skills
•Pesticide Applicator License 3.0 (preferred but not required)
