Valet/Porter

Would you like to join our Team Ford Lincoln Family? A full-time position has opened up within the Service Department for a Valet/Porter Position. This interim position is a great opportunity to work within many areas of the Service Department.

Responsibilities to include:

• Greeting the incoming customer and directing them to an available advisor in a timely manner
• Parking incoming Customer Vehicle
• Maintaining an organized parking lot
• Pick up and Delivery of Customer's Vehicle after service
• Assisting in off-site deliveries of Customer Vehicles
• Perform Service Valet pickup and delivery functions from the client's place of choice within the local area.
• Safely operates loaner vehicles during pickup and delivery.
• Transports and organizes the vehicles on the lot, making sure they have gas and are clean.
• Verifies collection address and use of driver app to ensure timelines for pickup and delivery are met.

Qualifications:

• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
• Must pass a drug test
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must display good judgment.
• Energic
• Good Customer Service Skills
