Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Special Education teaching opportunity is available for an elementary-level educator with a focus on Autism. This contract position is based at an elementary school in Wilmington, DE, within the Brandywine School District, running from February 3, 2026, through June 11, 2026.
The role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:25 AM to 3:55 PM with a 30-minute paid lunch break. The caseload includes supporting students with Autism, catering specifically to one opening at Claymont Elementary School.
