Key responsibilities Manage daily communication across social platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner Moderate community conversations to enforce guidelines and maintain a safe environment Track community metrics and report on engagement trends and customer feedback to leadership Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in social media management, community management, or customer service Hands-on experience managing social inboxes on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite Experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment, preferably in e-commerce Exceptional written communication skills with a strong ability to maintain brand voice
