**Job Title: Snow Removal Driver**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Snow Removal Driver to join our team. As a Snow Removal Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and clear passageways during the winter months by operating snow removal equipment. Your efforts will help maintain accessibility and safety for our clients and the community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate snow plows, salt spreaders, and other snow removal equipment efficiently and safely.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice emergencies.
- Clear walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other assigned areas of snow and ice.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure functionality.
- Coordinate with the snow removal team to ensure efficient progress and project completion.
- Follow safety protocols and workplace procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs to the supervisor immediately.
- Document completion of tasks and maintain logs for accountability and reporting.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating snow removal equipment, such as plows or salt spreaders, is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical capability to move and operate heavy equipment and handle winter weather conditions.
