Senior Product Designer (Hybrid – Orlando, FL)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the entertainment industry, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a dynamic team creating world-class digital experiences. This role will focus on designing products that enhance user engagement and satisfaction across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating user needs into actionable design solutions that are both elegant and effective.

What type of experience the right candidate has:

• 5–7 years of experience as an end-to-end multidisciplinary product designer.
• Experience with premium brands or industries, such as e-commerce, hospitality, or food & beverage services.
• Skilled at using qualitative and quantitative data to inform and inspire design decisions.
• Experience designing emerging product experiences, including conversational interfaces, AR/VR, and interactive 3D environments.
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
• Nice to have: experience presenting design work to executive-level stakeholders and guiding design implementation.

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

• Design product experiences across web, mobile web, and native apps (iOS and Android).
• Guide designs through to implementation, ensuring final products fully reflect design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to bring concepts to life.
• Communicate design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Support the design team in defining best practices and maintaining design standards across projects.
• Leverage user research, analytics, and feedback to continuously refine and improve experiences.
