The US SME segment represents a significant growth opportunity and a key area of strategic focus. The US SME Managed Customer Marketing team deepens relationships with prospects and existing customers by offering powerful backing and financial support to Small & Middle Market businesses

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to own and evolve the Account Review presentation, our most widely used and impactful client-facing asset across Account Development teams. This dynamic, data-enabled presentation is central to customer conversations and is designed to deliver tailored insights, product positioning, and performance narratives that drive deeper client engagement.

This role represents a unique opportunity to innovate on a high-priority capability for both Marketing and the broader US SME organization. The Sr. Manager will define the vision and roadmap for the Account Review deck, lead the development of new content and data integrations, and scale adoption across teams. This leader will also oversee the underlying tooling and automation that powers the deck, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and best-in-class user experience.

The Sr. Manager, Account Review & Marketing Capabilities will report to the Director of Sales Collateral Marketing and manage a Sr. Analyst responsible for execution and deployment. This role requires close partnership with Product, Technology, Data, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver a best-in-class, insight-driven marketing and sales enablement asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and evolve the Account Review deck strategy and roadmap, including both content and dynamic data capabilities, positioning it as a best-in-class, client engagement tool across the organization.

  • Drive adoption and sustained usage of the deck across Account Development teams, identifying opportunities to expand usage to additional audiences and use cases.

  • Lead the development and evolution of content, including new product messaging, customer performance insights, and tailored client narratives; partner with US SME stakeholders to identify content needs that enable consultative, high-impact client conversations.

  • Lead the integration and expansion of data capabilities, defining data requirements and partnering with Technology and Data teams to enable dynamic, personalized storytelling through enhanced data pipelines and visualization.

  • Own tooling and automation, including how a deck is generated and how data pipelines support real-time or scalable updates to content. Lead relationship with external vendor to implement tooling and automation needs.

  • Partner closely with Product, Technology, and Data teams to define requirements, influence roadmaps, support data discovery, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance functionality and user experience.

  • Develop and execute a communication and training strategy to drive awareness, enablement, and ongoing adoption across user groups.

  • Manage external agency partners to deliver best-in-class data visualization, content development, and overall design, ensuring a cohesive and compelling storyline and user experience

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and manage timelines, dependencies, and approvals to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders by providing concise status updates, clearly articulating risks, trade-offs, and mitigation plans, and ensuring leadership has visibility into progress, decisions, and key milestones.

  • Lead and develop a Sr. Analyst, providing direction on execution, prioritization, and deployment of updates and enhancements. Ensure 100% availability of the asset within the Field Resource Center.

  • Establish and evolve a measurement framework, tracking adoption and usage while identifying opportunities to enhance impact and effectiveness.

  • Drive a continuous test-and-learn approach, optimizing content, data integration, and user experience to improve engagement outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required .

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, or a related field.

  • Executive presence and ability to articulate and present ideas to leadership

  • Demonstrated experience owning and evolving strategic, client-facing content or tools that drive business impact.

  • Experience working with data-driven products, or marketing assets that integrate customer or performance data.

  • Proven ability to influence and gain alignment across Product, Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales partners in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to oversee and guide execution.

  • Experience managing agencies and creative development execution and approvals

  • Ability to define data and technology requirements, translating business needs into exact data requirements to drive effective development of dynamic data needs

  • Strong storyteller who can develop a consultative storyline for client collateral

  • Previous experience in delivering a technology, digital, or product enhancement working with technology teams

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience providing clear status updates, identifying risks, and engaging senior stakeholders.

  • Experience defining success metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing, financial services, or sales enablement.
