Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support cleaning and sanitation operations within a production facility. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the facility

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, including conveyor belts, filters, kettles, pipes, walls, tables, totes, and more

• Maintain overall facility cleanliness, including exterior areas

• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety protocols

• Remove and properly dispose of waste and recycling materials

• Document all cleaning and sanitation activities

• Prioritize tasks to support production schedules

• Use ATP bioluminescence devices to verify sanitation effectiveness

• Identify and troubleshoot sanitation issues and support root cause analysis

• Follow all safety procedures, GMP, SOP, SSOP, HACCP, and Food Quality Plan guidelines

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals

• Maintain facility and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition

• Participate in required training programs

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• No prior experience necessary (training provided)

Skills & Abilities

• Basic reading and communication skills

• Ability to perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Basic mechanical understanding (cause and effect)

• Ability to apply common sense to routine tasks

Pay Details: $20.90 per hour
