This is not a technician role. This is an inside sales position with a base and real commission income upside.

We’re building a team of high-performing sales reps who want to:

• Close deals
• Build recurring accounts
• Grow into commercial sales

The opportunity:

• Peak season earnings: $7K–$10K/month
• Off-season earnings: $4K–$5K/month (commercial focus)
• Strong lead flow + repeat business model

You’ll succeed here if you:

• Have sold in pest control, solar, HVAC, or similar industries
• Are motivated by commission and performance
• Want a long-term income stream, not just quick deals

• We are looking for self-motivated candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Telephone sales experience a plus but not required.
• An understanding of Microsoft office applications
• The ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• The ability to self-start and work independently
• Mon-Fri + 2 Saturdays per month
