Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers with a range of services, from shipping to printing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with every visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Provide information on products and services to meet customer needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Resolve customer concerns courteously and effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
• Support store operations and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is recommended
• Ability to meet requirements to become a Texas Notary
• Reliable transportation to/from Houston, TX 77042
