Soni ispartnering with a growing real estate organization to add a Staff Property Accountant to their team. This is a hands‑on role offering exposure to full‑cycle accounting across a property portfolio, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger responsibilities. Responsibilities Support month‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Prepare and review bank reconciliations and supporting schedules Assist with tenant billing, cash applications, and AR aging Analyze financial activity and investigate variances Support budgeting, audit preparation, and year‑end processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2–4+ years of accounting experience Experience in real estate or property accounting preferred Exposure to Yardi or similar accounting systems Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Compensation: $65-75K Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soni
