Title: Policy Analyst Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. Location: Mark Center - Alexandria, VA Required Skills and Relevant Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in an OIE-related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy analysis, policy formulation processes, or strategy development. Experience in providing technical support and advice. Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include preparation of written products for senior leaders. Experience interacting at the most senior levels of the DoD staff and Interagency (Offices of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, or Combatant/Component Commands) (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level). Required Education and Certification Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any relevant field of study. Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience Preferred certificate, degree, or higher-level education to be in business, operationsresearch, or other professional discipline. Minimum 5 years of combined OSD, Joint Staff, Service level, or 2–4-star level Command experience in OIE. Experience with drafting, editing, or coordinating input for legislative or policy proposals.
