This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated patent prosecution work, values direct client relationships, and wants to build a long‑term practice in a collaborative intellectual property boutique. We’re looking for someone with: J.D. from an accredited law school Active state bar membership Registration to practice before the USPTO 4‑6 years of patent prosecution experience Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline Significant experience drafting and prosecuting software‑related patent applications Experience with the following technologies is highly valued: Cloud Computing Networking Cybersecurity Enterprise Software Data Processing Technologies A portable book of business of approximately $100,000 or greater is preferred, along with demonstrated business development experience and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
