Job Full Description THIS IS A PERMANENT PART TIME ROLE ON SITE IN SHELTON, CT AND WILL NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 16 HOURS A WEEK.
Responsibilities:
- Assist property manager and accounting managers - assist with phones, office supplies, etc
- Assist with tenant rent ledgers
- Contact utility companies for move ins/outs
- Maintain tenants Certificates of Liability insurance files
- Identify and email utility bills to tenants as needed
- Responsible for AP including invoice posting, check runs
- Maintain vendor contact info and tax ID numbers
- Resolve AP issues with vendors
Knowledge of property management software (Yardi Genesis) will be very beneficial
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel (maintaining spreadsheets)
Other administrative duties as needed
