Salary: $23.33-$30.20 plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift

A Packaging Production Worker, reports to our Packaging Supervisor and plays a key role in delivering quality candy products to customers everywhere. In this hands-on position, youll help keep production moving by performing all duties assigned involving the packaging of product. packing cases or caddies, gathering, mixing, and feeding packaging equipment with product, marking cases or cartons, inspection of product, and assembly of cartons or cases.

Regular, predictable, full-time attendance is required as an essential function of this position. Wages, hours, and working conditions are outlined in a Collective Bargaining Agreement between Jelly Belly Candy Company and Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers & Grainmillers International Union, AFL-CIO, Local #125. Overtime as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement is mandatory. An essential function of this job is a requirement to work all hours scheduled.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee may be required to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted. The employee must seek assistance on all lifting of over 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Upon Hire $23.33
Completion of 60 Working Days $26.95
Completion of 1 Year $28.29
Completion of 1 1/2 Year and Fully Qualified $30.20
2nd Shift will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential
