As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective design of all aspects of our business. You will oversee and optimize processes related to sales, finance, payroll, insurance sales, customer experience, and other functions to ensure that the company runs smoothly and supports future growth. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvements and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to our Director of Business Development and lead the operations team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and overseeing daily operations.
• Optimize and simplify processes with a focus on sales, finance, customer success, and other key functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for operational excellence.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain key operational metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation and best practices.
