Job Description Compensation: $37.07 to $55.61 per hour(Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.)

Glens Falls Hospital is seeking a NYS Licensed or Registry-Eligible Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our tight-knit, collaborative diagnostic team. Why Choose Glens Falls Hospital?- Stable Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. No standard call rotation: on-call is limited to just 3 specific emergency exams and compensated with a generous set flat fee.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential Responsibilities - Perform high-quality diagnostic nuclear medicine and PET procedures alongside board-certified radiologists and cardiologists.
- Manage hot lab workflows, including strict quality control, daily calibrations, and safe radiopharmaceutical handling/disposal.
- Maintain precise documentation within RIS, PACS, and Dose Management systems.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve patient comfort and imaging efficiency.
Qualifications Education/Accredited Programs - Successful completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program
- 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred
Licenses/Certificates/Registrations - Current New York State Nuclear Medicine Technologist License, or eligible to apply for NYS licensure (out-of-state candidates must apply to the NYS Department of Health).
- CNMT (NMTCB) or ARRT(N) certification required.
- CPR Certification required (can be obtained at hire)
Experience/Abilities - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, students, staff, and physicians
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of people
- Ability to promote and work in a team setting
- Ability to coach and teach less experienced team members
- Strong computer literacy skills required
- Strong Problem solving, trouble shooting, and critical thinking skills required
