Requirements Strong startup experience in a fast‑moving, resourceful environment. Heavy user of AI tools and ability to apply them to grow, automate, and scale marketing. Experience scaling a marketing channel from zero to significant reach beyond paid. Love brainstorming new concepts, ad creatives, campaign ideas, and messaging. Experience acquiring small businesses and prosumer customers. Ability to assess campaign impact and estimate the effort needed to generate results.
