Partnerships & Promotions Coordinator / Marketing Partnerships Specialist 3 months contract with possibility of extension Pay Range - $30.00/hr.= $31.00/hr. Job Summary Our client is seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Partnerships & Promotions Coordinator to support the Partnerships & Promotions team. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to execute strategic marketing programs, manage promotional partnerships, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver campaign reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of partnership and promotional programs under the direction of senior team members. Coordinate day-to-day activities with media and promotional partners. Manage promotional agreements, ticket requests, proposals, scheduling, broadcast documentation, and related administrative tasks. Develop campaign recap presentations and perform post-campaign analysis, including: Media value Reach & impressions ROI analysis Maintain project information within internal collaboration and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Box, and other project management platforms). Research and recommend new media and non-media partnership opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional business units to ensure successful campaign execution. Identify process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practices. Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in: Marketing Promotions Advertising agency Partnership marketing Experience in entertainment or media is preferred. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership and ownership mindset. Strong client, partner, or account management experience preferred. Experience with promotional agreements or contracts is a plus. TV or Radio production knowledge is a plus.
