Summary:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the leadership, direction, supervision, evaluation, hiring and termination of all nursing staff assigned to their Neighborhood. In addition, they will participate in the evaluation of per diem staff that has been assigned to their floor. The Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Central Nursing Office to maintain staffing levels on each floor that are consistent with resident need, including needs as defined by their Plan of Care, schedules, clinic visits and school programs.
