YOU: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a legal secretary/assistant. Family Law experience highly preferred. You adapt easily and can learn new systems faster than most. You type like the wind and can transcribe from voice messaging with ease. Your proofreading and writing skills are exceptional, and you're a stickler for details and deadlines. Proficient in Office 365, Adobe, Teams, and Zoom is an understatement. You are unfazed by big personalities and handle client stress with grace and ease. You are a self-starter and can work independently but collaborate with a team when needed. Organized, reliable, professional, and friendly are all adjectives used to describe you. You're agile and flexible when it comes to task lists and setting (and resetting) priorities.
