Join Our Team – Polished Concrete & Flooring Crew
We are looking for hardworking, dependable people who want steady work, good pay, and the chance to learn a skilled trade. If you like physical work, working with a team, and seeing the results of what you build at the end of the day, this could be a great opportunity.
Our crew works on commercial and industrial projects grinding and polishing concrete floors and removing existing flooring. No polished concrete experience is required. We will train the right person who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn.
Pay
$21 to $25 per hour depending on experience
What You Will Be Doing
Assist with concrete grinding and polishing
Help remove flooring such as tile, carpet, coatings, and adhesives
Operate tools and job site equipment with training provided
Load and move materials and equipment
Keep the job site clean and safe
Work with a crew to complete projects on schedule
What We Are Looking For
Dependable people who show up ready to work
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable with physical work including standing, bending, kneeling, and working with tools throughout the day
Willing to work overtime when needed
Reliable transportation
Construction or flooring experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment
You will be working on active commercial and industrial job sites. Work may be indoors or outdoors and can include dust, noise, and protective equipment. Safety training and PPE are provided.
