The Analyst role will work closely with senior bankers in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. Responsibilities Work on client engagements related to M&A advisory services, capital formation, and other strategic advisory work Support the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and presentation materials Construct and maintain financial models for M&A and financing scenarios Develop client presentations and transaction-related documents Research and assimilate market data related to public and private companies Qualifications Internship or previous work experience in M&A, private equity, or related investment firm Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Capable of managing a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously Resourceful self-starter; able to work autonomously General understanding of accounting, finance and investment banking processes Demonstrated team player and leader Exceptional analytical, quantitative and communication skills Able to excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Series 69, 73 and SIE required following employment Compensation $120k + bonus, and exceptional benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
