JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative located in or near Longwood, FL, to join our team at Wire 3. In this role, you will play a key part in our mission to provide the fastest and most reliable internet service to customers throughout Florida. You will connect with potential customers, assess their needs, and present our outstanding fiber optic internet solutions tailored to meet those needs. We’re offering a competitive, local alternative to the big providers, and we need passionate team members to help us share that message with the communities we proudly serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate contact with prospective customers through phone, email, and chat to introduce and promote Wire 3’s fiber optic internet services
  • Identify customer pain points and needs to effectively convey the unique value of Wire 3’s offerings
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Wire 3’s products, services, and competitive advantages to enhance customer interactions
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through diligent follow-ups and a consultative sales approach
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Partner with Marketing and Field Sales teams to refine sales strategies and optimize campaigns
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

  • Confident, outgoing, and personable with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong listening skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Team-oriented yet self-motivated and capable of working independently as a self-starter
  • Proficient multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and responsive to changing customer needs
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using personal computers and tablets and a basic understanding of internet services and technology
  • Proven experience in inside sales, direct sales, or telemarketing, ideally in telecommunications or the technology industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate the value of services and close sales
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Sales experience preferred but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This is an in-office role based in Daytona Beach, FL, four days per week with Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including afternoons, evenings, and weekends; shift schedules are assigned based on business needs and team coverage requirements
