In partnership with Hastings People, consultants may be engaged across a range of initiatives, including: Leading or supporting concept development and brand positioning Advising on venue design, flow and guest experience strategy Enhancing service standards and commercial performance Developing food, beverage and broader product strategies Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver commercially viable and innovative outcomes Candidate Profile You are an experienced hospitality professional with a background in consulting, bringing a balance of commercial acumen and creative thinking. You are comfortable contributing across multiple stages of a hospitality project and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
