Overview We are hiring a Field Service Technician III to support commercial printers, copiers, and multi-function printers (MFPs) in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This is a hands‑on role ideal for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, repair, and field service operations with a strong focus on uptime and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform break/fix repair and preventive maintenance on copiers, printers, and MFP devices Respond to on‑site service calls and resolve technical issues quickly Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and network‑related equipment problems Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and documentation Ensure all equipment meets performance and quality standards Communicate effectively with customers and deliver an excellent service experience Identify and report recurring product or service issues Follow all customer site safety and compliance protocols Qualifications 2–4+ years of field service technician experience (printers/copiers/MFP preferred) Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering , or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong troubleshooting skills in digital imaging equipment Ability to work in a 24/7 environment , including on‑call rotations Valid driver's license with clean driving record; travel required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical fieldwork Must meet customer requirements, including site access/security clearances Compensation & Benefits $30 – $35/hour (based on experience) Transportation allowance + optional company vehicle Mileage/auto allowance during initial period Opportunity to work with advanced printing and imaging technology Additional Details Customer‑facing role requiring professionalism and reliability Employees may use personal vehicles initially; the company vehicle option is available Must carry a valid driver's license and auto insurance at hire Apply today if you're a skilled Field Service Technician with experience in copiers, printers, or MFP repair , and want to grow in a high-demand technical service role. #J-18808-Ljbffr BlackStar
