Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Legal Assistant for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Atlantic City, NJ. This on-site role is ideal for a polished legal administrative professional who enjoys supporting attorneys at an executive level and managing important legal documents with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

The Executive Legal Assistant will work in a professional legal services environment where organization, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are highly valued. Key Responsibilities

- Provide confidential administrative and executive-level support to attorneys, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and client communications.
- Prepare, draft, edit, review, organize, and manage legal documents, including corporate documents, contracts, agreements, estate planning documents, correspondence, and related materials.
- Open, maintain, process, and close legal files while ensuring documents, records, certificates, databases, and correspondence are accurate and properly organized.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries, and support day-to-day office workflow.
- Perform typing assignments, transcribe dictation involving legal terminology, and assist with timekeeping entries, proformas, and other administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients, referral sources, attorneys, and internal team members to help ensure legal matters move smoothly and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Full-time, direct hire.
- Schedule: Typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Location: On-site in Atlantic City, NJ.
