The Role :
The Coordinator, Global HR Operations supports the Director of Global HR Operations in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations across the Center. This role partners closely with the HR team and directly supports the Global Director to help administer and communicate HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate data across HR systems. The Coordinator supports in key operational processes, handles general inquires, monitor HR service requests, and provides HR related support for all center employee to ensure effective HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
This position will be based in our New York Office.
Primary Responsibilities :
Compensation: $73,440 annual salary . This salary reflects a position based in New York City or Washington, D.C. This salary will be subject to a downward locality adjustment if authorization is granted to work outside the location listed in this posting. Note that most of the salaries listed on our job postings reflect New York, NY salaries, where our National offices are headquartered.
Union Status: This position is not covered by the Center's Collective Bargaining Agreement.
FLSA Exempt Status: This is an exempt role.
