Job Title: Conflicts Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote out of one of the following offices -Century City, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego (Del Mar), San Diego (Downtown), San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Washington DC
Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: California: The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $56.00 per hour.
Chicago: The wage range for this position is: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. This position is eligible for medical, vision, and dental insurance. Please note that the foregoing compensation and benefit information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to Illinois Equal Pay Act.
Washington DC: The pay range for this position is: $37.00 - $56.00 per hour. Medical, vision, and dental coverage is available, including coverage for dependents and domestic partners. Please note that the foregoing compensation and benefit information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position as of the time of this posting and is provided pursuant to the District of Columbia Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act of 2023.

About the Role: The Conflicts Analyst will support the Office of the General Counsel by researching, analyzing, and resolving potential conflicts of interest related to new business intake and lateral hiring. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Collaborate with attorneys to research, analyze, and resolve conflicts of interest
• Review client and matter intake forms for completeness and accuracy
• Conduct database searches and review reports for clients, matters, and lateral candidates
• Analyze and summarize findings in written reports
• Monitor and respond to incoming requests in shared department inboxes
• Utilize conflicts and intake systems to support new business processes
• Assist in resolving conflicts issues including reviewing engagement materials
• Maintain accurate and organized records of conflicts checks and resolutions
Qualifications: • Minimum of 2+ years of conflicts administration experience in a mid to large law firm
• Experience with conflicts software such as iManage, LegalKey, Intapp, or similar systems
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret and apply rules of professional conduct related to conflicts of interest
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
