The Conflicts Analyst role involves identifying and analyzing potential conflicts of interest related to new business, supporting compliance and risk management, and working closely with Intake Attorneys. Key responsibilities include conducting conflict analyses, generating conflict reports, and performing corporate research to identify affiliations. The analyst communicates findings to attorneys, maintains thorough documentation, and ensures data accuracy in internal records. They prioritize requests, monitor workflows for completeness and compliance, and contribute to the refinement of conflict procedures. Additional duties include supporting the team, advising firm personnel on conflicts and policies, providing training, and participating in off-hours coverage.


The position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree and over three years of professional experience, including at least one year in conflict analysis within a law firm. Proficiency with conflict databases like Intapp Open, and legal research tools such as LexisNexis, is essential. Candidates must have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, high integrity, and discretion with confidential information.


The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 60% in-office presence in any of the following locations: D.C., New York, Boston, Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000.
