In this role you will work on-site in our Lebanon, OH facility. This position is part of the Service Execution Team of the Digital Industry Division of Siemens and reports to the Production Manager.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest level of Quality in our Industrial PC assembly area. As an Assembler you will be responsible for assembling and testing of Industrial PCs - Box PC's and Panel PC's.

You will make an impact by:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies following engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

  • Interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials, and technical instructions with accuracy.

  • Operate hand and power tools safely; certifications may be required for cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.

  • Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble components as needed.

  • Perform tasks using knowledge of various mechanical processes, operations, and equipment.

  • Complete work order documentation, quality records, and accurately log labor hours.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong communication skills.

  • Set and use torque wrenches correctly, adhering to developed processes and seeking ways to improve.

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Ability to identify mechanical parts and distinguish them from electrical components (e.g., hardware, casings, circuit boards).

  • Experience using standard hand tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

  • Ability to follow electronic or on-screen work instructions to assemble products to specification.

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using power tools, including pneumatic and battery-operated tools.

  • Working knowledge of torque wrenches and applied torque values.

  • Experience assembling products that contain both mechanical and electrical components.

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.

  • Experience with disassembly, troubleshooting, and reassembly of components during testing or quality checks.
