Our client seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst II to join their team.

This AP Analyst II is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, where you will earn up to $23.50/hour, based on your experience. This is a hybrid role AFTER 3 months where you will work Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. The qualified individual must reside within 50 miles of the Des Moines Metro.

To qualify for the Accounts Payable Analyst II, you must have:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in the finance setting
• ERP system experience – preferably in Oracle
• Understanding of IRS and 1099 insurance
• System migration experience
• Previous supplier/vendor master experience
• Proven ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently

As an AP Analyst II, you will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:

• Serves as liaison for AP regarding Supplier Master additions and or changes
• Reviews completed W9 Form and validates information within the IRS Taxpayer identification Number online matching system
• Works with Thomson Reuters and Team leaders
• Assists with obtaining ACH information for any suppliers currently receiving check payments
• Ensure that Functional Mailbox is maintained
• Adhere to required control environment
• Additional duties as assigned
